Welcome to the Elsham Road project, a remarkable undertaking focused on fulfilling planning requirements and creating a stunning landscape for communal enjoyment. Our client had successfully obtained planning permission, necessitating the development of comprehensive landscape details and a management plan.

The objective was to design an aesthetically pleasing and easily maintainable scheme while adhering to a limited budget. A significant portion of the project involved transforming a generous expanse of lawn into beautiful communal gardens for the apartments. These lush green spaces are adorned with carefully selected feature trees, which artfully frame an outdoor entertainment building, providing a captivating focal point.

To enhance the overall ambiance and soften the existing towering brick walls, evergreen hedges were strategically incorporated into the design. These hedges, along with a subtle lighting scheme, create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, while also ensuring privacy for the residents.

An environmentally conscious approach was taken with the implementation of a rainwater harvesting system. All rainfall within the garden area is collected and stored for future use in irrigation, promoting sustainability and reducing water consumption.
