I have worked with Ani and his team of AAIMS Design and Build on my Earlsfield property. Ani has designed, achieved planning, and is now building the extension as well as renovating the entire the property. It would be disingenuous to say that major building work is stress free but working with AAIMS has been a very good experience and there has been hardly any stress at all. Ani and has gone above and beyond trying to make it as stress free as possible for me. Ani’s service is good value for money; he used high quality materials and his team’s workmanship is to a high standard. Ani undertook a package of work for submission to discharge a planning condition regarding the landscape design on our 6-unit scheme in Princes Risborough. He did so very efficiently and any requests for amendments were picked up in good time.

He went above and beyond to also suggest a few potential alternatives to the design that I put forward to him which was very useful.

The communication back and forth was great and he understood our requirements very quickly.
